Terrific resource

I bought this book to use in a class with Melanie, it has been very easy to use with a good step-by-step walkthrough. Very helpful.

A must have manual.

Purchased directly from Melanie some years ago. It is excellence and a must have. Worth every cent.

Very good introduction to TEF for the MAC

It is a balance of narrative directions with helpful illustrations of the specific actions noted in the manual. Way more helpful than a manual in a fully narrative style. While focused on the Dulcimer there seem to be tens if not a hundred or so choices for choosing the musical instrument you play. You can also compose for multiple instruments. A lot of flexibility for sizing the draft page Seems a good choice for transcribing handwritten tab as well.

TablEdit Manual - PC edition. A Manual for Mountain Dulcimer Arrangers

After taking an online class with Melanie, I purchased her TablEdit book as an easier resource than my scribbled notes. The manual is well organized and offers effective and clear examples and tips. This is a good adjunct to the online user manual and will be a great resource as I work to gain skill in writing out, saving, and printing tab-based arrangements.
