"A Pair Of Stars" is an original mountain dulcimer tune by Karen Keane, a Shreveport, Louisiana, musician and music educator who performs together with John Keane.[1][2] It appears in Lullabayou, a collection of seven tunes, all credited to her, published by Fingers Of Steel; the listing says the tunes suit either fingerpickers or flatpickers.[1] The sources consulted here give no account of its inspiration and no recording of it.[1][2]
